During this period of hardship and economic uncertainty very few new rental projects have success similar to 320 Bedford.  The new Williamsburg Loft complex, located on the corner of Bedford avenue and South 2nd street, rented out on the Sunday grand opening.  The 14 loft units feature modern bathrooms & kitchens, and boast outdoor space and a prime location.  For about $2,600 and No Fee, any new 2 bedroom rental close to the Bedford L Train stop is a great deal.  It is unlikely that this building will have any apartments that remain on the market for more then a few weeks between leasing periods.  There could very well be a waiting list next summer.  I will be on that list.  Dishwashers in each unit and laundry in the building will make my life much easier, allthough the winding stairs is my only complaint.  An elevator would be nice.
