The refinished Williamsburg loft residence located on North 10th street and Berry street hosts 42 units featuring exposed brick and columns, 16ft ceilings, over sized windows, and hardwood flooring.  The bathrooms are covered in white subway tiles and a huge shower.  Kitchens feature stainless appliances, a dishwasher, and white lacquered cabinetry.  One aspect of the building that I find attractive is the large open entrance and hallways that lead you to each loft.  The spacios corridors definitly emit the loft vibe that many Williamsburgites are attracted to.  A gym, laundry room, elevator, and 2 roof decks with spectaular views make the property a great rental competetor.  One interesting add-on that the property manager has offered is custom upgrades available to each potential renter.  Some options include a kitchen island, custom cabinetry, ceiling fans, window blinds, and more.  The grand opening is this weekend, Saturday May 2nd.  If Williamsburg lofts are your thing I do recomend going to check out 44Berry, and enjoy free beers while you are walking through the property..
