Everyone knows location is King in NYC and the Boroughs. Red Square, located between N 9th and N 10th street on Driggs ave, is one of Williamsburg’s best locations. On my first visit to the restored building I was not impressed by the exterior. I had heard some hype about the condo styled lofts and expected something different. However, after entering the building and viewing some units I must say that Red Square offers some of the best condo/loft rentals in Brooklyn.
All units in the building feature large kitchens, nicely finished bathrooms, and huge living rooms with tall windows allowing for amazing views of both Manhattan and Brooklyn. The management’s attention to detail is evident in the decor adorning the long hallways. The original exposed brick covers nearly half of the walls and the flooring is kept like new. One bedroom that I entered is completely covered in original exposed brick. Even the ceiling is covered in brick and this particular room gave me the feeling of a stay in an old victorian castle. The building offers an impressive roofdeck, courtyard, and parking. Access to the city via the Bedford L is 1.5 blocks away. McCarren Park is just a step away and can be seen from some apartments. Every restaurant, store, or boutique shop that Williamsburg has to offer is just moments away.
Has anyone been in this building? What do you think?
