If you are looking for a loft styled condo in DUMBO stop here. I saw a 1 Bed in 99 Gold this morning that blew me away. As the building is located on the fringe of DUMBO and Vinegar Hill, I found that the area is quite peaceful, especially with a Buddhist Temple located across the street. LOL. 99 Gold is surrounded by tree lined cobblestone filled streets loaded with hidden boutiques and underground warehouse shops. It took me barely 5 minutes to walk to the center of DUMBO located right between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge, and another minute or so to one of Brooklyn’s most attractive parks right on the east river. Some of the units at 99 Gold have huge decks with great views and floor to ceiling double sized glass doors. The finishes in the condos are top of the line and pricing is average for the area. The building also features an indoor basketball court. When I saw the court I was shocked. I don’t know why the owners decided to include a full basketball court to Gold. . . . maybe for some NY Knicks?? Probably not. Either way I was definitely impressed by 99 Gold and all it has to offer. Check it out and let me know what you think.
