
$750,000 is half the average price for an apartment/condo in Manhattan, and the asking price for this 1bed in North 8th Condos located on Kent ave in Williamsburg. The price is high for the 1bed/1bath, even with the large rooftop cabana facing the city. The prices are considerably less for units without permanent spectacular city views, due to the waterfront park across the street. One thing is for sure: Units at North 8th Condos are top of the line. But why buy a condo for $750,000 when you could buy an entire brownstone for $1.3M on Bedford ave?
