This Williamsburg brownstone has been gut renovated and completely updated with attractive kitchens, featuring Caesar Stone counter tops & stainless appliances, new windows, stone covered bathrooms, recessed lighting, and double door entrances.  The owner was very smart and made sure that the original brick is fully exposed throughout the building and apartments.  The rental prices are very reasonable considering the location and 100ft proximity to the Bedford ave L train stop.  Every Williamsburg hotspot, boutique, and restaurant is within walking distance of the property while the weekend noise stays on Bedford ave, 1 block away.  McCarren Park is just a 2 minute walk and the building is pet friendly, so bring your dogs, allthough I think there is a pet size limit….probably minies only!
