The price for 2 Bedroom 915 square foot condos at E2 Condos, located on Eckford street just 1 block off of McCarren Park (Greenpoint), has dropped considerably.  For under 600k, one of the 3 current available condos can be acquired, and closing costs may be covered.  1 of 3 units includes a 260 square foot private roof deck boasting views of the park, Brooklyn, and a piece of Manhattan’s skyline.  The condos feature top of the line appliances,  direct elevator access from living rooms, 2 bathrooms, and gorgeous darkwood floors.  The location is ideal, as the Nassau G Train is just 1 minute from the condo, and a walk through McCarren Park to the Bedford L Train takes about 10-12 minutes.  The clean modern design of both the exterior and interior of the condos live up to my expectation.  I find that the floor to ceiling windows that stretch from one side of the living room to the other is very appealing in such an attractive area.  Greenpoint Condos are definitly better priced then most Williamsburg Condos.
