With the economy sliding and the value of the dollar on the decline, most people do not want to increase their bills and home living costs. As Williamsburg prices sore many residents are choosing East Williamsburg as their new home. It is no surprise that investors have caught onto this trend as many new condo and lofts have gone up in the area. This particular condo styled loft is on the 4th floor of a new building nestled by the corner of Manhattan and Meserole street by the Montrose L Train station. The 1.5 Bedroom space offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer hook up, balconies, and tons of windows. One thing I found was a bit strange about the space was a mezzanine just 4.5ft below the ceiling. The Mezzanine makes great storage space and definitly makes the space feel taller and larger then it probably is, but it really does not ad much useable space to the loft styled condo. If you have a cat or small dog they can have their own floor I guess. The walk to train takes maybe 5 minutes and the 1.5 bedroom spaces rent for around $1,900.
