LOFTOLOGY IS A RARE FIND

June 14th, 2008 · 4 Comments

The views from this 1,300+sqft condo will amaze all. Stunning 360 degree Manhattan and Brooklyn views can be seen via huge custom cut glass windows that encompass the entire 8th floor through condo. When all of the glass panels are open nearly 55% of the wall space opens up inviting a fresh breeze. Loftology is located right on Brooklyn’s most attractive McCarren Park and walking distance to both the Nassau G, Bedford L train, and McCarren Pool. Access to all that the north side of Williamsburg and lower Greenpoint have to offer is right at your fingertips.

This particular 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo features 3 balconies, superb finishes, and direct foyer access via the elevator. The unit brings a sleek modern loft feeling together with chic elegance and urban fashion. At 1.1M this space is actually a good deal. The views are priceless and some of the best I have seen.

This looks like a very classy building and nicely priced.

Does Crazy bone work for Aptsand lofts as well? While I appreciate the commentary on loftology, isnt it a conflict of interest since aptsandlofts handle sales of loftology?

my opinion is that the building could have used a better contractor. Although, the design is sophisticated and far beyond it’s competition with respect to space planning, it was a design that the architects were presumably unable to protect through to completion. It’s truly unfortunate that these things happen in the world of ’slap it up overnight and put a pretty marketing campaign on it’ because the incredibly shoddy construction and finishing details really shot this building off our list. A prospective buyer may be paying in the range of 700-900/sf for these nice looking/poorly executed spaces but that buyer should build in a hefty allowance to pay for the re-construction of all that the builder missed.
