These Brand New Condos right on McCarren Park are available for sale and rent.  I viewed a couple 2 bedroom units during last week’s 98 degree heat wave and found the condos to be quite nice, especially with the central a/c running.  The master bedroom is a good size and features lots of closet space, private bath, and plenty of glass allowing tons of sun into the space.  The second bedroom is a bit small but can easily fit a queen size bed with 2 bedside tables and also has tons of windows. One of my favorite aspects of this building is the direct living room access via the elevator.  When stepping out of the elevator and into the living room, of the particular 2B/2b shown above, the first thing you see is the tops of green trees filling McCarren Park through a full wall of windows.  Of course, the kitchen and bathroom finishes are top of the line.
