UP UP And Away. New developments continue to rise in Williamsburg despite rumors that New York City and the Boroughs are beginning to feel the effect of the US slumping housing market. Just ask Tahoe Group’s CEO, Anthony E. Gurino Sr, who has developed a small army of condo buildings immediately north of McCarren Park. This particular 8 story luxury condo building was erected on Newton street by the corner of Manhattan ave, right next door to 2 other Tahoe Buildings. Although most of the units sold fairly quickly, a few struggled to fly off of the market and are now available for rent. 450 Manhattan, right around the corner, now has a handful of available rentals, a sign that sales have flattened……a bit.
