The 2nd floor unit features original plank wood floors that are in amazing condition, renovated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, and a 16ft ceiling. The oversized windows allow for great views and tons of sunlight. When walked through the property I was plesently suprised by a large yard and deck with gas grill and furniture to be used by a prospective tenant. The owner was very cordial and explained all the details regarding the history of the building and features of the loft. I’ve seen many lofts in the Williamsburg area that did not live up to my expectations, however this space was impressive, and for $2,200 a steal. The hotspot location allows any tenant to find themselves just minutes away from all of the unique restaurants and shops that the area offers. I am a fan of loft living but this building brings nothing of the sort. It has no curb appeal and the appliances should be stainless steel if it was just renovated. Plank floors are great but they hold dust in the cracks which make them tough to clean. The high ceilings and location are a plus and depending on the size the price seems a bit high.
