I recently visited Schaeffer Landing located in the south side of Williamsburg and found that the condos have great finishes, amenities, and views. The overall quality of the premises is apparent as you walk through the lush courtyard positioned between the 2 Luxury Condo High-Rises, developed by Kent Waterfront Associates LLC. The onsite club features a large versatile lounge, catering kitchen, children’s playroom, library, and fully equipped fitness center. Schaeffer also offers a business center, package room, and available on-site parking garage. The condo that I viewed is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom finishes are very nice. The Views of Manhattan and the river are spectacular. On my depart a fellow associate picked up some Peter Luger’s from a few blocks away and we enjoyed eating in the courtyard while watching the sun fade behind the Manhattan skyline. It took me barely 5 minutes to find my way across the Williamsburg Bridge for a night out in the big city. If you are interested in purchasing or renting a luxury condo I definitely recommend taking a look at Schaeffer Landing.
