I had driven past the luxury condo on South 1st street in Williamsburg on many occasions prior to viewing any of it’s large 1 beds. Today I walked through the building to see a couple units and a penthouse listed for sale. The smart floor plans offer multiple balconies and large living rooms with tons of glass allowing for great views and lots of sunlight. The kitchen is separate from the living space and hosts top of the line appliances and finishes. As if you didn’t have enough private outdoor space, Soleil also offers a common roofdeck with phenomenal city views, which can also be enjoyed from many units on higher floors. One of my favorite aspects of the building is that there are only 2 units per floor, allowing for more privacy then found in many new condominiums. Although I found it a bit strange that the building offers ONLY 1 beds, if you are shopping for a 1 bed you might find your ideal home at Soleil.

It would be sick if you could convert 2 one bedrooms and make a 2bed/2 bath condo. Sick!!!

I saw some of the condos in the building. They are a bit overpriced. The more affordable units on lower floors are horrible as you are looking practically at a wall. The higher floor condos are definitly impressive. There is tons of glass in each room and a balcony in the living room and bedroom with sweet city views. I’d buy one if they came down in price about 50k less or so. It is impossible to convert 2 condos into 1 as a stairwell through the entire middle of the building separates each condo. I like the private elevator access directly into the living room.
