At $995,000 asking price this penthouse 3 bedroom condo will go for less then $684 per square foot and is the best deal I have seen in the south-side of Williamsburg. The huge 1,455 sqft space sits on the top floor of a 6 story luxury building that offers classic designed condos perfect for anyone looking for a luxury home that will surely endure time. The Penthouse offers an oversized balcony AND a Massive Deck stretching across the entire front side of the condo, connecting the master bedroom to the huge living room. The U shaped space is perfect for a family all 5 rooms are all connected by a large hallway, offering enough separation for a TV not be heard by individuals sleeping in the bedrooms. The appliances are top of the line , of course, and both bathrooms are beautifully finished, including a 3 person jacuzzi and stand up shower in the Master Bedroom. This condo is where class meets timeless style and is my sale ‘Pick Of The Month’. I could go on and on about this condo but something has got to be left for your imagination.

Williamsburg condos are severly overpriced. I’ve seen many condos priced at over $850 per square foot. The market is in a slump and it won’t be long before the nyc mrket comes crashing down. This penthouse looks nice but i’d like to see more of it. The deck is nice. Would like to see it tiled.

Are you nuts?? The buyer purchases the space and then lays down whatever tiling they want on the deck. If the seller put tiling down some buyers coming through might be turned off by the choice of flooring. Its best to leave a blank slate for the buyer.

I agree with stan. Let the buyer do what fits them…
