Has anyone been to this building located on N3rd and Wythe Ave? If you like lofts this building is phenomenal as it definitely captures the charm that most renters seek in loft living. The entrance is found on the left side of the building and is adorned with old school graffiti and a heavy industrial door. The stairwell resembles a weathered high school found in an urban area. As soon as you open the door accessing the newly renovated 2nd floor you will be amazed by the impressive upgrade. As you can see in the above photo, the floors have been polished and glazed over by a strong sealant and new windows have been installed. The lofts have also been upgraded with top of the line appliances in both the bathroom and kitchen. A slightly raised area has darkwood flooring installed allowing for a bed room/dining room set up. The spaces are all well over 1,000 sqft and boast 18ft ceilings. If you really want a Williamsburg loft I would definitely take a look at any available units in this building.

Ugg. I’ve been in this building and yeah its pretty sweet if you like lofts. But I’d never live in this building because it is filled with cheesy celebs like Christian from Project Runway. If I hear one more person say “Thats Fierce” I will poke my eye out.
