I’m a Real Estate Agent working in Brooklyn. I’m tired of misrepresentation. I’m tired of hearing stories about ‘that broker’ who used persuasive tactics in an attempt to hurry your decisions, or brought you to a property that you didn’t want to see, or lied about pricing, location, or any facts. Real Estate Salespeople will do everything to close a deal, even if it means lying to you about a specific neighborhood, aspects of the rental property, or proximity to your job. Enough is Enough. Whether you catch me on the job, or here on my blog (trying my best to be subjective), you can always count on one thing; my honesty. Reach out anytime, and good luck with all of your endeavors.

I must admit that I was skeptical of this blog’s authenticity until I met with Rolan face to face, and what a pleasure it was meeting with him. His understanding of the neighborhood and knowledge of the community proved to be very helpful while my wife and I searched for our own home. We ended up buying our dream home through Rolan. Thanks.
